He's coming home...
Boy-o is being released from the hospital today. Hopefully, we will be able to keep him safe.
Even though he said he wanted to kill himself because they served him wheat bread on Saturday, and even though he was manic, bouncing off the walls and rolling on the floor laughing at nothing, and even though he just wasn't connecting and able to hold a conversation right before we left, he's been deemed well.
I am writing this here in my blog because no one seems to be listening to us. We understand that there is a waiting list for placing him in a residential treatment center. We understand no one will be held accountable should something happen because they have declared he is 'well.' But I just wanted to say here that I seriously doubt their judgment and I think that releasing him to simply come home is NOT a good idea right now.
Please pray that no harm comes to my son before he can get the help he seriously needs.
He is 11-years old and has Bipolar Disorder. Two weeks ago he was jumping in front of cars at night trying to get hit.

Boy-O is in the hospital again.
My 11-yr old son needs 24/7 psychiatric care again (for Bipolar Disorder).
